How much is it to Register a New Account?
There are no sign up fees for any of our accounts. However, in order to receive the benefits of our subscription accounts, your first month's fee must be paid.
Is there a monthly fee?
Basic accounts are frehave no monthly fee. Our other accounts (Standard, Premium, Elite) offer additional services and lower fees for a monthly subsription of either $5, $10, or $20. Learn More about our account types and the fees for each of our services.
How much does your service cost?
Depending on your account type, we charge a fee based on the total cost to fulfill your order, including all cost of goods, shipping fees, taxes, and any other costs to Fetch USA. Our service fees range from 15% of all costs to 8%, depending on your account type. A minimum service fee may also apply. How soon can I use my US Address or the International Shopper service?
Immediately. Once you register a new account with Fetch USA, you can begin to make use of all of our great services. Premium and Elite account holders wishing to receive standard mail must complete form 1583.
How do I place an order?
You must first sign up for an account if you do not already have one.

How do I use my US Address to receive deliveries?
Once you have signed up for an account, you are assigned a unique US Address. Find this address on your account page and enter it as the shipping address during checkout at any online store. Once you have placed an order, enter the details of your order in our Deliveries Form by following the link on your account page - this creates an Order ID for your purchase and helps us know what to expect and to process your deliveries quickly and efficiently. Once your orders arrive, you will be notified and shipping fees will be placed in your cart. Settle the international shipping fees and your order will be released and shipped to your registered address.
Where is my US Address located?
Your US Address is located within our facility in metro Atlanta, Georgia.
What type of address is my US Address, is it a PO Box?
Your US Address is not just a PO Box, you may receive packages from major couriers such as UPS, Fed Ex, DHL & USPS.
How many items can I ship to my US Address?
You may ship as many items as you like to your US Address.
What online stores can I shop at?
You may now shop at any online store that ships to US addresses..
If a store will not accept your credit card, purchase with our USA Shopping service. Service fees will be applied to all orders through this service.
If a store will accept your credit card, but will not ship to your location, make your purchase and have it shipped to your US Address, shown on your account page. For convenience, list your US Address with your credit card company as an authorized shipping address.
Is there a size limit to the items I can purchase or have shipped to my US Address?
No, however we will not store packages weighing over 150 lbs. Any package weighing over 150 lbs. will be forwarded on to you directly and a deposit for international shipping may be required.
Can I ship items addressed to someone else to my US Address?
No, each person must create their own account with Fetch USA to receive packages in their name.
Do you accept certified mail, registered mail or COD shipments?
We will accept certified mail, and registered mail.
We will NOT accept COD shipments.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, JCB.
What currency will my order be processed in?
Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
You are responsible for all duties and taxes for the goods you purchase. While our shipping rates include all shipping and handling costs, you may still be responsible for certain Import Duties and Taxes levied against your shipment by your country. Fetch USA is not responsible for any delays in shipping associated with customs difficulties. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Why do I have to pay Georgia sales tax?
Georgia state sales tax will apply to any goods purchased from US-based online stores which have a physical location in the state of Georgia.
How will you ship my packages?
We ship with Fed Ex, DHL, and USPS. Choosing from several of the largest global shipping companies allows us to find the best rates to your location.

Is my order insured?
Insurance is automatically included in shipping costs, when it is available (see below), to cover the total value of goods being shipped.
** Some USPS services do not offer insurance coverage beyond regular indemnity coverage, based on the weight of your parcel. These services include First Class Mail, Flat Rate Envelopes, Small Flat Rate Boxes.
For parcels meeting certain requirements, you may elect to remove insurance charges, but in doing so, you accept all risk of damage or loss during international shipping and relieve all other parties of any liability in the loss or damage of your parcel and the items contained within. This is not recommended.
Do I have to pay domestic shipping fees?
Any orders placed through our USA Shopping service are subject to any domestic shipping fees charged by the online store to ship the items to your US Address in our facility. Many online stores offer free or discounted domestic shipping on orders, so take advantage of any special deals.
How long will it take my packages to arrive?
Once we ship your packages, it will take approximately 3-14 days to arrive at your location, depending on which shipping service is chosen. Items sent USPS First Class Mail may take up to 3 weeks or longer to be delivered.
