USA Shopping

The service fees listed above as "Purchasing Fees" for your account type are applied to all costs incurred during the purchase from an online store or supplier. These costs can include the following: Unit Cost + GA Sales Tax (If Applicable) + Domestic Shipping + Any Other Specified Charges

There are no additional fees for using our USA Shopping assistance service for any account.

ONCE YOU HAVE PLACED YOUR ORDER:
If any additional charges or discounts are applied by an online store when purchasing your items, your account balance will be adjusted to reflect the difference from your payment. Any credit on your account may be used toward additional items from any store or for international shipping fees once your order arrives. The details of any order can be viewed in the order history on your account page. This information includes the details of your payment, as well as the actual costs from the merchant, and any balance or credit remaining after completing the purchase of your items.

If additional charges by an online store are greater than 15% or $50 of your order total, FetchUSA may place a hold on your order until a representative has contacted you to confirm that you wish to proceed with your order..

USA Bidding

"Auction Fees" listed above for your account type are applied to all costs incurred during the purchase from an online auction. These costs can include the following:
Maximum Bid + Seller Shipping Fees + GA Sales Tax (If Applicable) + Any Other Specified Fees

By placing an auction item in your cart with our Auction Form, including your maximum bid amount, plus any seller charges, and then proceeding through checkout, you are authorizing us to charge you the total amount plus our service fee. These charges will only be applied to your credit card if we win the auction on your behalf.

If we do not win an auction, you will only be charged the minimum fee for bidding on an auction, shown above for each account type..

In-Store Purchases & Pickups

Service fees are applied to all costs to purchase from a physical store location, which typically only include Unit Cost + Sales Tax, plus our pickup fee.

The additional pickup fee is added to all in-store orders. The pickup fee is based on distance and estimated travel time to the location at which your items are available. This set fee will be added to your cart item and will appear as a domestic shipping charge. View your cart to see all charges to complete your order.

International Shipping

Service fees are applied to all costs to ship your items, including standard USPS rates and discounted rates from carriers such as Fed Ex and DHL and UPS, plus insurance.

Shipping charges will be calculated and posted as separate items from any orders purchased through our USA Shopping service or an In-Store Pickup..

Shipping charges are based on the weight, size and value of the packages to be shipped. If any of these quantites is unkown, an accurate cost of shipping fees can not be determined by FetchUSA before receiving your items. Our shipping charges are calculated once the weight, size and value of packages are verified. Most online stores do not provide this information. We can, however, offer an estimate for shipping prior to an order, given sufficient information about the items you would like to purchase. Any shipping estimates provided by FetchUSA prior to receiving your items are subject to change, once the weight, size, and value can be confirmed.

For any shipments via services other than the US Postal Service, shipping weight will be determined as the greater of the actual weight or dimensional weight.

When available, insurance is automatically added to orders for protection against loss or damage.

First Class Mail, Flat Rate Envelopes, and Small Flat Rate Boxes.

Current orders are automatically held for consolidation to help reduce international shipping costs. Orders may be consolidated or shipped separately, based on your preference.
