Find The Items You Would Like To Purchase
With FetchUSA, you have access to US online stores, auctions, shopping malls, factory outlets, private sellers, and more. Not sure where to find something? Ask us, we can offer suggestions based on our customer favorites and general experiences.
Online Shopping
& bidding
We can purchase items for you from an online store or auction that will not accept your international credit card. Enter the details of the items you want to purchase into our order form (example order form) and add them to your cart. Proceed to checkout and we'll purchase them for you asap.
Parcel
Forwarding
Buy items direct from online merchants that wil not ship internationally, and have them shipped to your account address in the US, issued to you when you register your Fetch USA account. Notify us of your expected deliveries by submitting details of your orders and create an Order ID in our system.
In-Store
Purchases
Request an in-store purchase or pick-up for items not available online. We can make special pick-ups from store locations around Atlanta for unique items or special deals only available off the shelves in the USA. Additional pickup charges will apply, based on the closest location where they are available.
Your Orders Arrive
As soon as your orders are delivered to your account address, we update their status and notify you. Once all of your current orders have arrived and have been consolidated into as few packages as possible, a Shipping Item is placed in your FetchUSA cart.
Choose a Shipping Option
Sign in to your FetchUSA account to see the status of your orders. Go to your cart to find shipping charges for your orders that have arrived. Shipping charges are based on the weight, dimensions, and value of your shipments. Based on the details of your order, various shipping options will be available. Choose one and proceed to checkout.
Your packages Are Shipped To You
Once you have settled shipping charges, your orders are sent to you at your registered delivery address in your country. A shipping confirmation will be emailed to you with any tracking information that is available for the shipping option you choose.Recieve your order and enjoy!!
