Shipping

Our preferred method of shipping for most parcels is with the USPS. Users are provided with the following options for international shipping, where each apply.

-First Class Mail: The most economical way to send letters, large envelopes, small packages, postal cards, printed matter, and small packets/packages 4 pounds and under, worldwide. This service does not provide insurance coverage for the contents of your parcel or tracking for the parcel while it is in transit. Delivery times are not guaranteed and can take 2-4 weeks.

-Priority Mail International (PMI) provides customers with a reliable and economical means of sending correspondence and merchandise up to 70 pounds
to over 190 countries and territories worldwide.

-Express Mail International® (EMI) service sends documents and packages around the world for some of the lowest prices around with service guaranteed to select destinations.

** Some USPS services do not offer insurance coverage beyond regular indemnity coverage, based on the weight of your parcel. These services include First Class Mail, Flat Rate Envelopes, Small Flat Rate Boxes.

For parcels meeting certain requirements, you may elect to remove insurance charges, but in doing so, you accept all risk of damage or loss during international shipping and relieve all other parties of any liability in the loss or damage of your parcel and the items contained within. This is not recommended.

Transit times are estimated and are not guaranteed. Fetch USA does not and cannot guarantee any delivery time frames due to possible customs clearance delays and other unforeseen conditions and are therefore not responsible for any packages that do not meet a provided delivery date.

Dimensional weight may apply on bulky, lightweight packages. If the dimensional weight exceeds the actual weight, then the dimensional weight will be used as the billable weight for the shipment. For your convenience, the shipping weight will be visible on your account when your package arrives at our facility. All orders placed through our International Shopper service must be shipped domestically to our facility from the store. Often, a domestic shipment fee is charged by the store. If this applies to your order, we will revise your invoice to add the domestic shipment fee and charge you accordingly.

Goods which arrive to our facility that are clearly damaged will be returned to the sender and you will be notified.

Fetch USA will refuse all parcels delivered COD to your US Address.

Cancellations, Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Items Purchased at an Online Store w/ Your Credit Card

If you wish to cancel your order before it arrives at our warehouse, please contact the store where you placed your order.

If you wish to cancel your shipment after it arrives at our facility, we will ship it back to the sender on your behalf. Your credit card will be charged for the return shipping, plus a $20 USD service fee.

If you need to return or exchange any items, including defective items, you will need to ship them directly to the store that you purchased them from. You can usually find the store's return address on the invoice that was included in your package. DO NOT ship your return or exchange to Fetch USA. We will not return your items to the store.

If you are making an exchange, you may direct the store to ship the replacement items to your US Address. We will forward your items to you and will charge your credit card for the shipment at our normal shipping rates.

Items Purchased w/our International Shopper Service

Fetch USA provides an International Shopper service and is a separate entity from the store. As such, we cannot accept cancellations or changes to your order once your order has been placed and we have charged your credit card.

To request a return or exchange, please log into your account and click the 'request return or exchange' option. Once submitted, you will be notified whether your request has been approved within 3 business days.

Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted unless your request is received within 7 business days of receipt of your order, and must be pre-authorized by Fetch USA. You will receive detailed return instructions and a Return Authorization Number when your Return/Exchange is approved.

Do not contact the store directly. They cannot process your return.

All orders are subject to the return policy of the online store where your items were purchased. Many stores have restricted time limits for returns, or may not accept returns or exchanges at all.

Therefore, your order may not be eligible for return or exchange. In addition, any delays by the shipping carrier, customs, or any other cause may affect your order's eligibility for return. Due to the time sensitive nature of returns/exchanges, we recommend that you contact Fetch USA immediately with your request for a Return Authorization. This policy applies to Returns, Exchanges, and Defective Merchandise.

Merchandise must be in new condition with tags attached and must be accompanied by the original Fetch USA receipt or invoice.

All returns must be sent insured via registered mail, or any other delivery service that can track a package and requires a signature upon delivery. Due to the time sensitive nature of the store's return policies, expedited/express shipping may be required.

If you request a refund and it is approved, you will be refunded for the merchandise purchase price, minus shipping cost of the merchandise back to the store we purchased it from on your behalf, and any return or restocking fees that are charged by the store which you purchased from. Our assistance in this matter is FREE! Your refund will not be issued until the Return is accepted and refunded by the store.

If you request an exchange, you will pay for all shipping fees including domestic shipping to and from the store. Our assistance in this matter is FREE! We will bill you via your original payment method for any additional charges incurred.

In the event that the merchandise is defective, you may return it for an exchange or refund. Our assistance in this matter is free but you are responsible for all associated shipping fees.

Customer Responsibilities

Fetch USA may at any time modify any relevant terms and conditions, policies or notices. You acknowledge that by visiting the website from time to time, you shall become bound to the current version of the relevant terms and conditions (the "current version") and, unless stated in the current version, all previous versions shall be superseded by the current version. You shall be responsible for reviewing the then current version each time you visit the website.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and password. Fetch USA reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion.

If you believe your account's security has been jeopardized, it is your responsibility to notify Fetch USA promptly in writing. You must alert us of any fraudulent, unauthorized, illegal or suspicious use of the Service or any other breach of security or unauthorized or illegal activity that is reasonably suspected. You agree to provide and maintain accurate and current information. Failure to comply with these security guidelines may result in termination of your account.

Fetch USA is not responsible for anything you order. You are responsible for all expenses related to any and all items which are restricted from delivery to your country due to your country's customs or laws. Fetch USA takes every precaution and makes every effort to fully comply with all laws and regulations governing international trade. Fetch USA reserves the right to to refuse fulfillment of any product, based solely on its own discretion and in accordance to any and all US and international laws. This right shall exist at all times, even after an order confirmation has been placed.

You agree to use the Web Site in strict compliance with all applicable laws, rulings and regulations and in a fashion that does not, in the sole judgment of Fetch USA, negatively reflect on the goodwill or reputation of Fetch USA and shall take no actions which would cause Fetch USA to be in violation of any laws, rulings or regulations applicable to Fetch USA.

Parcels addressed to any person other than the name listed on your account will be refused by Fetch USA and returned to sender.

As the importer, you are solely responsible for Duties, Taxes, and any related charges when your order arrives in your country. Fetch USA does not offer the option to prepay Import Duty Taxes at this time.

You will be held liable for return shipping (if applicable), duties and taxes (if incurred), and for all other associated fees when any of the following circumstances occur. (Your package may be abandoned and you will be billed for any additional fees. No refunds will be issued.)

1.You refuse to pay duties and taxes.

2.Your parcel is refused by customs because your merchandise is restricted from import into your country.

3.Your parcel is refused by customs because you fail to verify the value, or any other details, of items purchased at an online store with your credit card. (Sales invoices must be billed to you, the recipient/importer.)

4.You provide an invalid address.

5.You refuse delivery of your parcel for any reason.

6.Three unsuccessful attempts are made to deliver your parcel to your address for any reason, such as you are not home and/or you do not pay duties and taxes.

Product Warranties

Fetch USA makes no warranty or guarantees that the warranty on the product will be valid once shipped outside the USA. Some manufacturer warranties will still be valid, and others will not, therefore shipping outside the USA may make the warranty null and void. Warranty inquires are handled on a case by case basis and final determination of warranty validity is based on the policies of the manufacturer and NOT Fetch USA. Please note that customers may be responsible for domestic and international shipping and other product related replacement fees.

Limited Liability

Fetch USA makes no warranties, representations, statements or guarantees (whether express, implied in law or residual) regarding the website, the information contained on the website, the user’s personal information or material and information transmitted over our system.

All packages are shipped on a limited liability basis. Fetch USA bears no liability for any punitive, exemplary, special, consequential or any other damages. In no event shall Fetch USA be liable to anyone for any indirect, punitive, special, exemplary, incidental, consequential or other damages of any type or kind, direct or indirect, unless as the result of willful misconduct or gross negligence. Fetch USA shall be held blameless for any direct or indirect damages resulting from Major Forces or Acts of God.

Fetch USA is not responsible or liable, nor shall it be deemed in default of the Terms and Conditions, for any delay or failure in performance or non-performance of any aspect of this agreement resulting directly or indirectly from any accidents, fires, electrical or electronic failures, equipment failures, shipping delays from either online retailers, international couriers, or others, acts of God, labor disputes, governmental orders or regulations, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Fetch USA.

Neither Fetch USA nor any third party or data or content provider shall be liable in any way to you or to any other person, firm or corporation whatsoever for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever arising from any delays, inaccuracies, errors in, or omission of any price information or the transmission thereof, or for any actions taken in reliance thereon or occasioned thereby or by reason of non-performance or interruption, or termination thereof.

The links to other websites will let you leave Fetch USA's site. The linked sites are not under the control of Fetch USA and Fetch USA is not responsible for the contents of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site, or any changes or updates to such sites. Fetch USA is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement or any representation by Fetch USA of the site. It is up to you to take precautions to ensure that whatever you select for your use is free of such items as viruses, bugs, problems or other limitations.
